About the Author
Dr John Gould, author, is a Tenured Associate Professor of Business at Union College, Kentucky. Currently, Dr. Gould is teaching Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Decisions, and Business Communications. His presentations include Organizational Trust, Trust and Change and Entrepreneurship. John has a BS in Industrial Management from LSU, a Masters at Cal State U. Sonoma, and earned his PhD at George Mason. While he was in California, he met Carl Rogers and Rollo May. John learned Group Dynamics from George Jackson and Wyman Hicks, and power relationships from John Steiner. He taught and ran a Small Business Development Center for eight years at a small college. John moved back to Kentucky to be closer to his son, who is a blues guitarist/artist, and PolySci major.
