The crickety-quiet of the small town in Northern Minnesota is disrupted by the spawn of illegal toxic waste dump. The mutant, giant, radioactive, carnivorous mosquito is loose to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting local townspeople.

In a ninety-minute extravaganza of horror and mayhem, with a budget of over $42, the steely, rugged forest ranger must battle the bug, engage in kung fu fights with hillbillies and ninjas, rescue the beautiful entomologist, stop the illegal dumping, and save the town and the woman he loves.
