About the Author
Dr. Richard Brynteson, author, consultant, and speaker, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Management at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. During his 25 year career, he has worked and lived in South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His current occupational mission is to push the systems, creative, innovative, ethical, strategic, futuristic, critical, and emotional thinking of his students and his clients. He has two beautiful teen age children who constantly teach him much. Richard has a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College, an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Chicago, and a PhD. in Education from the University of Minnesota.
